FAQ

Questions teams ask before hiring RelayOS

Short answers to the most common ones. Don’t see yours? Email us.

What channels does RelayOS use?

Email and SMS, today. Your AI sales employee picks the channel each lead is most likely to respond on — and follows up on the other if they go quiet.

Will RelayOS replace my SDRs?

Most teams use RelayOS to handle the first-touch and follow-up work, so their reps spend mornings on qualified conversations instead of cold outreach. It's a multiplier on your existing team, not a swap.

How fast does it respond?

RelayOS reaches out within five minutes of a new lead arriving. Speed-to-lead is the single biggest predictor of conversion, and we treat it that way.

Is SMS TCPA-compliant?

Yes. RelayOS only sends SMS to contacts who have explicitly opted in (HubSpot smsConsent=true, or your own opt-in field). Every send is audit-logged with consent source and timestamp.

Does it integrate with HubSpot, Salesforce, or Pipedrive?

Yes — RelayOS connects to all three on day one, and reads your existing pipeline, contact fields, and consent signals so you don’t have to re-enter anything.

How does pricing work?

Three plans, billed monthly. Basic ($49/mo) covers up to 1,000 leads with multi-channel outreach, AI qualification, and meeting booking. Pro ($149/mo) kicks in at 10,000 leads and adds advanced reply handling. Founder ($300/mo) is everything in Pro, doubled — unlimited sends, full admin view, workspace audit log. Cancel anytime.

Can I review messages before they go out?

On Basic, messages go out automatically — that’s the whole point of an AI sales employee. On Pro you can enable a review queue for higher-risk sequences.

How do I stop it?

One click in the dashboard — every active outreach pauses, and your leads hear nothing further until you turn it back on. Cancellation takes a single confirmation too.
